What if your best friend flirts with your boyfriend or girlfriend?

HELLO friends. yesterday my friend was saying what she has recently faced.I found it pretty cheap,I need your opinion on this. The story goes like this:
My friend is in a relationship for the past 2 years.Both of them are very commited. All their friends know about them. One day they went to a picnic with all friends.Now my friend suddenly noticed that her best friend was giving extra attention to her boyfriend and even follows him to the toilet and tries to seduce him.My friend got real upset with this.Her boyfriend does'nt talk to that girl anymore, but my friend has lost all trust on friendship.
If anything like this happened to you, what would you do?

First of all, it can't be a real good friendship if your friend cannot respect you enough to keep your boyfriend or girlfriend "off limits". The boyfriend seems to have done the right thing in not talking to her and as far as friendships in general, remember this one statement----GOOD FRIENDS ARE HARD TO FIND---Have you ever heard the saying "if you can count the number of true friends you have in the world on one hand you are very fortunate'? Well that is a very true statement!! So with that being said, you kick the friend to the curb but dont give up on friendships. Because once you find those "good friends", you will truly realize the treasure you have in them.

If my best friend flirts, with my girlfriend. I will punch him in the nose. Let him know that he go over the line. And make him pay for what he has done.

Exactly, even I would have done that and even get somebody to flirt and distract her boyfriend , if she gets one anyday!!

Just your friend should slipper her inside the toilet or in road. If i would have same scene i would done the above action. Friendship also need care and trust worthy

Well the good thing is her boyfriend stopped talking to this girl. Something similar has happened to me, but it was quite a while back when I was 19. I had a friend of mine try to hit on my boyfriend. I witnessed it. I just stopped being friends with her. She was never a true friend anyway so it was no loss to me. Although, it was very upsetting at first. That incident never made me lose my trust on friendship. I hope she can get past feeling that way and I think she will with time, and being supported by her real friends who truly care about her.
