when i still have classes, i usually sleep 12 midnight if there are no exams that need sharp study and beyond if the examination is approaching.
but now that it is vacation, i sleep 3 or 4 am just to meet the deadlines for a foreign employer whom i am currently working as a virtual assistant. Plus chatting with fellow mylotters and clicking that ads in PTCs.
How about you fellow mylot addicts hahah lol, what time do you sleep at night?

I usually sleep at around 2-3 in the morning. Like you, I have an online research job and my employer is in the US. We have a 12 hour difference in the time zone. I have also noticed that my mind is more productive on the wee hours. I can write poems and articles much faster.
Then expect me to be asleep the whole afternoon to make up for the lack of sleep at night

I am a person who is on a fairly normal sleep schedule. Or maybe that it is so normal that it is strange, because it is strange to be normal. I guess, because some people have erratic sleep schedules these days, that getting to sleep at a fairly normal time is considered to be out there. I guess that is just a product of our society.
Anyway, before I went off on a tangent, my sleep tends to begin at about 10 at night, barring any circumstances. And believe me, there have been circumstances that have caused me to not get much sleep if any. Then wake up at about 6 in the morning. Many times earlier. It really depends on my schedule in general but on average, that is about how everything works out to.

This all depends on what kind of day I am having. I like to be in bed before midnight, but I dont have any hard and fast rules over this.
Sometimes if I am out socializing then it could be alot latter, but I always suffer for it in the morning, especially if it's a work day. There's no pleasure without pain I guess.
If I have had a really bad day at work I will go to bed early and just try to switch off, but this does not always mean I fall asleep. If my minds buzzing then I really dont get a good nights sleep ie. uninterrupted. There is nothing worse.

I'm currently not working so I noticed I can stay up til midnight even 1am then I know I should go to bed and just go and fall alseep. But when I was working I had to bed in bed by 9pm! I'm not "old" but I like my sleep so I try not to stay up late.

hey markleob. I usually sleep before 12MN to rest and to prepare for another day in the office, lol. I just want to share this when I was still in college. I play an online game called MU wherein I stay in front of my computer playing for 19 hours every day! Those were the crazy days haha but I don't miss it that much. :)

It depends on some topics to me:
Study
Tv with good programs to watch
What day is it
Some extra stuff needed to be done for a friend
Help sis with some school project
Playing some games online with friends
But usually is around 1am-3am.
Yesterday was 4am because I just saw a good chain of tv programs that I actually enjoy a lot: Poker, MMA, some series like Heroes, Angel, Doctor House.
It was just watch, watch, watch and then boom 4am, school in 4h, better to go sleep.

Even when I was still studying I don't have a regular time for my sleep. It depends on the workload that I have. Sometimes I even don't have the time to sleep. But usually I sleep depending on what will I do the next day. If I don't have any work the next day I usually sleep around 2-4am. But if I have a commitment the next day I usually sleep early around 9-11pm.
