why delhi is more hot than other staes?

Summers in Delhi is untolerable day by day.this time summers come too earlier than last time. these days in April month,temp. goes upto 46 celsius. so what happened in June n July? Oh god what happens on earth? what z wrong wid climate nw. but this time I m sure something is wrong with weather.can anyone tel me wat to do in these kind of summers, if we have exams too in next 5 days? how to manage all this in this scortching heat... awwwwwwww....
