Dear My fellow Mylotters,
Recently i am having some trouble going to sleep. Whenever im about to fall asleep, i jolt into a rush of nausea. My life consists of waking up at 6am till school around 3pm, then i hit gym around 5-7pm then home. I try to go to sleep around 10pm but fail due to nausea.
i usually stay up till around midnight. Does anyone know anything that could help me? My school work is being affected by this issue and finals are coming up.

Try eating or drinking something with ginger in it. My personal favourite is ginger biscuits. I have nausea at the moment from my anti malaria tablets, but I've stopped it completely with ginger biscuits. It also helped me as a kid with car sickness.
