hello xinling! nope! i don't usually exercise and i am also not into any sports! haha i'm not the sporty type. i don't know but maybe i am also just lazy in doing such activities or maybe it just don't interest me much when i was younger. but if given a chance and with a little more motivation i also like doing some exercise, i just wish i have an exercise buddy to be with me, but for now, walking and doing the households are the only exercise that i am having...oops i forget, i am also staring to run around(just inside our compound) with my puppy! haha

Hi there, Yes, I do exercise every day. I do my push-ups and I hula hoop. I feel I could do more but I at least do that. I also walk with my friend on good-weather days. It is really true that if you force yourself to do something everyday for a week, it becomes a habit. I feel guilty if I miss a day of doing my exercises. I've been doing it so long now thata I don't feel right at all if I don't do it. Somedays I really don't want to and I have missed a day or two here and there and it feels the same as if I'd not showered or brushed my teeth...it's not good. To keep it from getting too boring, I try to do better each time. I went from not being able to hula at all to getting pretty ok at it. I also do some yoga. You should push yourself to do some exercise. If you don't you will pay for it when you are older.

Hello. Since I'm trying to lose more weight now, I'm starting to do some exercise. I jog most of the time or use a jumping rope. During the weekend, I go wallclimbing with some friends. I am looking into buying a bike too because they said that biking is a pretty good cardio and toning exercise. You might try it too. It's fun!

I make it a point to exercise everyday to keep myself fit. But I engage in different physical fitness activities so I will not get bored. At times, I jog or brisk walk. At times I lift weights, stationary biking in the gym or floor exercises.

Hi xinlingchengbao, I know if I want to live a happy and healthy life I have to do regular exercise. Therefore I always try to have physical exercise 5 days a week. If I have considerable time I usually go jogging for at least half an hour in the park. If I'm quite busy I just jog at the neighborhood. Anyway the air in the recreation park with more big trees and plants surrounding is fresher especially in the early morning. It's sad that most of the time I prefer to sleep until late of the morning. So I usually go to jog in the evening. I think it's at least better than don't have any exercise regularly I think sometime we are really lazy and always feel reluctant to do any exercise. And the typical reasons we give are "no time" and "too busy" Have a nice day

Really xinling, it's really difficult for me to shrug off the drowsiness especially after finish taking meal in the scorching afternoon. I feel a bit drowsy now. Yeah I have just taken my lunch. a cup of strong coffee can do nothing at all as well. I feel really exhausted today as I didn't have enough proper sleep during the two days shopping trip with my colleagues during the past two days. I think it's nice for me to answer your question before for my comfortable bed after this. Yeah, sweating a lot, as well as having the blood circulation promotion we can enjoy our sleep more soundly at night

When I was younger I played tennis and badminton, and I also enjoyed swimming and running. Now I don't spend a lot of time on sports, but I still play badminton once a week. I enjoy that very much, I think it is fun to play and it is also a nice way to get some exercise. My husband and I have a dog, and we like to take him for a long walk every day, because he has lots energy. I enjoy walking, we live in an area where there are many beaches and small islands, and it is very nice to go for a long walk there.

I love playing a lot of different sports but I most often find myself playing basketball. I played baseball, football, and basketball competitively when I was growing up. I don't get to play sports often enough these days, but that's only my own fault.

I used to exercise everyday but not anymore, i mean i just do it 3 a week or so. Well first reason is that im too busy doing alot of things thats why. Then second i know im pretty much in shape already so i dont give that much attention to it anymore. I like swimming alot and sometimes when i have my free time i like archery alot too. Makes my body and mind work together most of the time.

Hi xinlingchengbao. To be honest, I can really relate to this. I was active with sports before and I go to the gym at least 4 times a week when I had a lot of free time. But now is a different story, my work demands a lot of time and I just got married last year. For some reason, my body longs for those activities and I want to maintain it for the rest of my life. I made a routine that I guess best fits my time. I made it per body part per day so when I workout, I only consume 20 minutes and I get to spend more time with my family. Just a tip, if you have friends or someone special with you, invite them to walk around town for 30 minutes or an hour if schedule permits. You both to get the benefit of exercising + you can bond together and can talk a lot of things, just a win-win situation. :)

I excercise almost everyday. When I wake up in the mornings I just do a few sets of pushups to wake me up and energize me followed my some crunches then I get on with my day. The sport I like mainly is basketball. Its a fun and entertaining sport to play and watch. Every game has the potential to be an exciting one.-Rezz

I do sets of pushups every morning, as soon as I wake up. It was really hard to get into at first, but the more you push yourself to do it, the more natural it becomes. Nowadays if I miss my sets in the morning, I feel weird and completely un-energetic all day. As far as sports, I'm an avid hacky sack player, and I play football when I can.

Jopping? I had to look that one up. I do a little walking, should do more, but I'm getting stronger as I lose more weight so I am trying to also walk more. No, I don't think I'll be jopping tho...

actually, there is something called jopping - where you jump and land on one foot like a hop, so jumping/hopping=jopping

Yes, I exercise everyday except Sunday. I need at least one day to rest, lol. I try to walk three times a week. I also ride horseback once a week in the spring, summer, and fall. I volunteer at a therapeutic riding center here in town and I ride on the drill team out there. I used to ride everyday when I had a horse I could ride here at home. I also like to swim a lot but I haven't done that in two years. I plan to do a little swimming this summer at our local natatorium. I also like to do floor exercises here in the house and pilates. The problem is, I just didn't have time to do any swimming last summer. Most places around here charge to go swimming, too, and I have to think about the money part of it as well. There is one place I could go free of charge and that's Blackwater Creek. I decided I better not go there by myself, though. Kathy.

yup, cardio and energy-maintaining exercises. i do them on a regular basis, say a minimum of 150 minutes a week, spread over three or four days... it makes me feel better and conditions the mind more to tackle day-to-day challenges... sports, nah, i am too busy to indulge in competitive sports, if that's what you mean...
