Long distance relationships

Yes, long distance relationship can work but just like the adage "it takes two to tango". Any relationship, whether it is close to home or not, is still based on trust. If a couple has a strong foundation of trust then their relationship can indeed prosper no matter the distance.

hi tgray61, Yes, it is possible. There are lots of true to life stories that prove is it possible. I am also in a long distance relationship but it is not a hindrance for me and my boyfriend to be in touch with each other. We communicate always in emails, chat and phone.I think that is one of the best way to do not only for those lovers in long distance relationship but in general. We always talk and is open with each other regarding anything under the sun. We share everything, may it be stories of happiness or failures. For me he is not only a boyfriend but a friend, an adviser and sometimes like a brother to me. It also work if there is trust with each other. It is very important because without trust then love is impossible to grow. Even though my boyfriend is very far from me, I trust that he won't exchange me for another woman and he has confidence on me too. We are the boss of each other's heart and I am glad that I found him.

It is possible, I'm in a long distance relationship now, and although it's going to be difficult over the next few years because my girlfriend's going to college and will have lots of work to do, we will still love eachother dearly and I know that she will not be unfaithful. We always talk by text and with webcam, We call eachother atleast once a day, and do things together at the same time (although we aren't actually together) such as watch a film or program we both like and discus it. I kow there will be a time when we can both be together, and that's what makes it such a good reason to work towards.
