Do you think paid2youtube.com is a scam or a fully trusted website?

Paid2youtube.com is a way to earn money by viewing their videos. We will get money for every video we view. I have a doubt whether they are paying or not. If any one got paid or who know that someone has got paid then please respond to this discussion. Thank you as advanced. Pls prove me me whether they are legit or scam.
