I love horror to ! Lucky you they are bringing The Shinning back ,for a thirty year anniversary. Its really twisted ,Not to mention messes with the mind. Unless you are into the blood and guts type .I think this would be worth your time to watch.

My favourite horror/suspense movie would be The Little Girl Who Lives Down The Lane. First of all it has an exceptional cast with Jodie Foster, Martin Sheen, Alexis Smith, Scott Jacoby and Mort Shuman. It is from 1976 so it isnt your present days guts and blood type of horror film. It is more of a suspense mystery with a twisting tale with an even more unsuspecting ending. I would recommend this film to anyone who loves classic horror.

I think suspense movies work better than the gore films. Gore films don't impress me at all - go sit in an abbatoir if that's what gets your rocks off, it ain't scary it's just trying to be shocking for the sake of it.
Suspense is what plays with the mind. You can watch something like Hitchcock's "Rebecca" and be totally absorb in it to the point where a shutter banging on the wall will have you out of your seat.

Horror movies dont impress me at all. I dont see anything so impressive about those movies. I dont like them and I am not interested in horror movies cause they freak me out. So I really dont care if there are any horror movies made by the most famous director or whatever.
