Yes, don't be too much concerned about your english proficiency for as long as you can express your ideas/opinions and the readers understand it, it's ok for I guess, I don't know from others. Me, too, is not a native enlish speaker. I used Chinese language at home with my kids but used my native dialect whenever I am with my "kababayan" (countrymen). MyLot is a good starting point of learning english by joining the group discussions. You're not only getting exposed in an english speaking environment but rather gain some insights from them and an easy way to learn english is by practicing it everyday. There's a saying that practice makes perfect. Goodluck and enjoy. Happy myLotting!

Yes. Mylot is a good place for a person to improve his/her English. I am from the Philippines and still a student so I don't know if my English is gramatically correct or wrong. But, at least I am able to practice my English skills here in mylot... Though I'm not sure if I improved in my English.

Yes, indeeed. Mylot is a good place to learn and improve your English. You might find some word/s here that you don't understand so you can pull up an online dictionary (or probably you have one with you there) so you can look it up and there, you'll learn a new word. Just keep on exchanging conversations within the Mylot community. In return, you may find new friends and widen your English vocabulary! Happy Learning.

Even the writing the right spelling i got improved. You know what I did, i just stay here in mylot and read all the discussion of the members from United State or Canada. If you are doing this like replying and posting discussion, you will really get improved in English language.

It is not a matter. Initially you can try small sentences. For the readers also simple English is good enough. Read a lot and you will pick up gradually. Especially our myLot will help for this purpose. You can understand by reading others opinion and reply in 3-4 sentences. You will improve very fasts. Again I am telling you that read more and more that is the technique. The usages and flow of English will help to improve. Read other people's commments and responses. For spelling mistakes, you can copy the text you typed and paste on an MS Word file and do a spell check. And later on you can correct the same in the reply column. Also, you can type directly in MW Word and later on copy paste on the myLot response area but you need to reach on minimum 500 points. Now you have 126 points after reaching 500, you can doing the same. Best regards, Thank-s

Yes, mylot is one way for you to develop your english writing skills. You can't develop it overnight but you'll noticed the development after sometime. You can compose more easily, you can write longer sentences and you don't have to spend a lot of time just looking for the right words to say.

You have a good friend there for advising you to do this. He/she is definitely right in putting you on the right track. As long as you MyLot, you will see improvements in your English eventually. Try to read English books and watch English movies until you get the hang of understanding the language unconsciously. Also, where else can you get money for learning English? You can only hit two birds with one stone in MyLot so happy learning and enjoy earning!

it depends on your opinion,in my point of view, mylot is not only the place for your to improve english, but also a place fo all of people to share their happniess and experience, you are right ,there is some spelling mistake in some passage, but it didn't mislead us,you van just ignore it,just experience the feeling of communicating with others,to learn language is to learn the culture……

MyLot could be the place for you if you are looking to improve your English. Just keep replying and try to reply in full sentenced English and not internet slang. Myself, English is also not my first language and I am still trying to improve it

I am also trying to emprove my english and I find it a big pleasure to read so many things in that language. What I don't like however is that there are people who have almost no idea of what the question is and just try to form a kind of answer in some words with the idea they can gain some cent of it.
