My rent is really high, biggest bill I have, but if you want a real bill, my electricity bill got out of hand a few times in the summer.

I guess there ia such a wide variety of bills and if rent is your biggest bill you have no alternative then to keep paying high rent or find another place with less rent.. I try to always find the lower rental places..I mean why pay a fortune?

I bet you that mum didn't carry the greater responsability for that bill did she..but i assume she was the one along with your dad who had to dish out the money for the bill..true?+

We had Medical bills due to me having problems in and out of Clinics, Hospital, etc. that accumulated to over $10,000 in unpaid Medical Bills. Some of that we had to take out loans to get them paid off, but we have gotten them down quite a bit since then. Not something we want to see anyone else go thru though.

I am glad to har that you were able to take a chunk out of that $10,000 unpaid medical bills..Seems like anything that deals with doctors, lawyers, or dentists is going to result in a pretty sizeable bill;)|+

The biggest bill I had to pay, was connected to my youngest son when he had a wreck on his bike. I did not have insurance to cover him so I had dotor bills, a hospital ER bill, and his dentist bill--which was the biggest of them all. I ended having to pay out $2200 to have his two front teeth root canaled and fixed so they looked nice again.

well if you don't pay bills you really can not answer this question about the biggest bill unless perhaps you have money that you actually have to your name. Ever buy anything in the store with your own money people have given you ..what's the most you have spent..That, for you, would be your biggest bill:)+

I know this is an old subject, but I just thought I'd post anyway. The largest bill I ever had to pay was a medical one. My health insurance cut off the day before I had my daughter. After costs for the epidural, hospital stay, doctor, etc it was over $10,000. Then two months later, right before my new insurance started, I ended up having to have an emergency surgery so our total in medical costs went up to over $17,000. This was two years ago and we're actually still paying it off.

So are you paying on the credit card or have you paid it all off? Credit cards and cell phones are the biggest money eaters;)+

Wow thats a lot for a phone bill. too bad. I use a prepaid connection so no worries about paying a bill at the end of the month. But the biggest bill i ever had to pay was my credit card bill (i had booked nearly 10 tickets for my dad using the card) fortunately he refunds the money to me. :D
