hello mylotters, i want to ask if anyone of u here knows where specifically this number located? because my sister received a call from a man with a number that starts with +231, he's an english speaking guy but she didnt get a chance to talk to him properly coz the time he called, she was at work, so now were confused who is he and where his from.
