Hi mylotters. I just came across the Starbucks logo and remembered I was once a Barista here. I was never a coffee drinker UNTIL I got employed with them, lol. Aside from having free cups per shift, I find their coffees really delicious and we followex a global standards of making Starbucks Coffees. Here in the Philippines, it really became a hangout for people to chat with friends or a place to hold personal/business meeting. But I'm not really sure with other countries if the it's the same, though I saw it sometimes in other movies like Ms. Congeniality, lol. Also, do you find it delicious or overrated?

I know several people who "hang out" at Starbucks. I wouldn't mind hanging out there too, but I really don't like Starbucks coffee and it's too expensive. I found another coffee shop to hang out in and the coffee's better and cheaper.

Hi hofferp. I agree with you, it's really expensive that's I kinda find it overrated. Yeah? That's good and I think that there are many coffee shops to hang out that tastes as good or maybe better and a lot cheaper.

Starbucks uses inferior robusco beans. It's garbage coffee. No better than Folgers or Maxwell House. Good coffee is made with Aribica bee\ans.

I think it is really delicious. Most of the time i drink chocolate cream chips with coffee jelly. For how many months that is my drink. Now since there's a promo and i like to have this expensive planner. But i want to have this as a planner for my business. Most of the movies i watched. They are promoting Starbucks coffee. And sometimes i realized that their price are not reasonable but i think its all about the brand name.

I drink a lot of Starbucks, because I love coffee, and because there are more of them around my area than other coffee chains. I do however, like The Coffee Bean, and Seattle's Best Coffee, more than I like Starbucks. I think taste wise, its overrated.

I think it's overrated, although I also think that Starbucks is just popular because you can hang out and just chill inside and you can stay there inside no matter how many hours. I think that's the only good thing about them. They are too expensive for me. I have also seen so many paparazzi pictures of celebrities drinking Starbucks coffee, that also adds to the popularity.

I like to drink coffee in the morning for the caffeine. Going to a coffee shop every morning and getting coffee would be too expensive for me; so I brew some in my room. My favorite so far is Starbucks Breakfast Blend. I think it kinda has a citrus-y aftertaste and I feel like its a good way for me to start my day. I also loved their Christmas blend. We have a Starbucks on campus so I use my meal plan money to buy bags of coffee. They usually last me about a month so its definitely more affordable than buying a tall coffee everyday for 2 or so bucks. I think its really good coffee. Its worth it now but when I get out of college, it might not be as worth it because I will have tons of bills to pay and I'm not looking forward to that.

I don't like coffee also, aside from being so expensive, I just don't like the taste of it, maybe because I'm more into milk and chocolate. But there are times, when my boss wants us to hold meeting at Starbucks, then I have no choice but to go there and just order tea. I see a lot of students hanging out with their friends and having coffee at starbucks, but I think its just a waste of money, why drink a coffee worth 150 pesos? That's too expensive.
