Help I cant go back to IE7

My aunts computer has IE8 on it and she hates it but I cant delete it and go back to ie7. When I go to the control panel and add or remove programs i see it as windows ie8 but when i click on it it doesnt have a remove button. I went to the program folder and tried to delete it but it wont go away that way either and I cant download ie7 till 8 is gone. Any suggestions?
