I am just wondering the difference between 'type A personalities' and 'type B personalities'. Which one are you and why?

Basically, type A personalities are more outgoing, talkative, intense types, type B's are more shy, quiet, introverted....my husband, daughter, and I are all type A, we are the ones that are outspoken, never met someone they couldn't make friends with, my daughter has a friend, however, that barely speaks and would rather play alone, very type B. In a way, though, we are all probably a mix, such as that I would consider myself 90 percent A and 10 percent B...

I don't know about type B, but I know type A. It is a personality that most workaholics are. They tend to be anxious and always wants to get the job done. They always have this working, busy schedule and less time to really relax and enjoy life. I used to be this way but I really am trying to go on a more relaxed pace. after all life is not all about working and achievements. I just strike the balance.
