Glee auditions

I'm sure most of you mylot-ers have heard of the phenomenal new show, Glee. Did you know the show is filling new character spots through internet-submitted auditions? I guess there's this official submition page on myspace, and fans vote for the auditioner they want to see on the show. One of the people I went to middle/high school with has submitted his video. He's someone that want to be a professional actor and has plenty of theater under his belt. I'm not sure how he's doing on votes, though. I'm pretty sure the Glee show-makers foudn all the original cast members from Broadway or other prominent musical theaters.
