hi drshav, Welcome here! I study English from elementary up to college but I feel my english is still not good enough. Well, you can visit different sites that I know will useful to you. There are many useful sites but I think the best site you can go is livemocha.com. I am there for more than a year and their lessons really help me a lot.Well, you just have to do the different practices there and submit it. There will be a list of people whom you can submit your form and they will help you a lot. I have many friends there -- Americans, Chinese, Japanese and Spanish. I am learning their languages. When it comes to my learning in English, I can say that my American friends are the best :) Whenever I submit my work, they always give a commnent on it. If there is something wrong in your work, they will correct you and sometimes they send useful links also in which you can help you to learn more :)

You want to enhance your English while travelling,but why?why did you want to study again and enhance english especially? As I know,your Philippines speak English usually,and can speak well.I don't think there is much need to learn again.But if you want,you can go Singapore and Hongkong,etc.Maybe you can try to learn some Chinese,hehe

well try to enroll in a state university like TUP-Manila, they have a good teacher there when it comes to english language i'm sure you will learn a lot, i see many koreans there studying English, Philippines offers the best school in English teaching just try State University if you don't have enough budget but if you do then enroll in a Private University

Hi drshav... Learning never ends... Its never late to learn.. I believe that you are good enough in English. The only thing you are missing is "Confidence". Be confident on what you speak. Also bear in mind that English is not your mother tongue and still you are able to speak this good. Learning a language will come only through practice. Try to practice the language with your friends or get into a place where this language is practiced. As you are ready to travel, you can try going to Australia where English is the primary language and you can learn this very quickly... Do let me know if you need any assistance:)
