can Facebook generate PayPal money?

I'm not really sure. But there's an application in Facebook called CloudCrowd. You can search on that. It's not really like facebook will generate Paypal money just like that. You have to do some tasks. However, I think it was last December that Paypal had some kind of promo in facebook...If you will be able to have someone sign up for Paypal, you will receive $1 for each sign up you have. But it was over now. Other than those I mentioned, I probably haven't heard of it before.

There are openings on crowdcloud like rating or doing a little work and they are legit and paying. Another one that I found is AppDesigner. If you're into making quizzes or any kind of games using their simple step by step you could earn a little bit. As long as you can promote it too, I think they base on how many people uses your application. Really not sure if they are paying. Another one is you can win visa gift cards by playing blackjack :) It's double down casino blackjack. You earn coins and you can exchange them for a certain amount of visa gift card. So far those are the apps I know that pays that can be found in facebook. They wouldn't be there I think if they would just scam people, it would ruin facebook's reputation. Happy mylotting!
