well, if i were to take part of history ... it would be the time of adam and eve ... even though my role would be a simple worm who would crawl inside the apple just for them not to eat it .... ... then, they didn't have to commit the first sin and we would not be living in pain ... ... ... we would still be closer to GOD .. ...

i would like to be part of philippine's history as someone who has contributed a scientific breakthrough that would shake the world. i want it to be like an einstein kind of thing. philippines is not really known for being innovative so discovering something related to science would be new to our written history. maybe it is time for the country to invest on scientific researches because we are lagging behind this department BIG TIME. all our neighboring countries, especially singapore, had already stepped up one way or another. i'm not saying we should invest in the field of sciences alone. we have other assets which are more important (but also not given enough attention) like agriculture but if you brood through it, we are losing potential income and talented fellow countrymen because of lack of budget allotted to the field of science. professionals like engineers and doctors leave the country because of lack of opportunity and way low wages offered by philippine-based companies. i believe having a good scientific breakthrough contributed by a filipino would inspire other professionals to work for our own country.
