Is Doemail and genuinemail spam PTC sites?

I just joined Doemail and genuinemails PTC sites and I like them too as they show adds to click almost everyday. But I am doubtful about these sites? Do you know about these sites?

both are scam and genuine mail had shut down also and domain is for sale now nothings left to say
