I can't register, need help...

I just new in certain PTC site and when I was able to register an account it shows that my IP has been used and I can no longer register or signup in that site. How come my pc isn't for public used...its exclusively mine. Someone could tell me what would be the caused? or maybe someone would even hacked my IP? Could it be possible?

Another possibility is that you forgot to have his registration before.
