A blast happen today before starting a cricket match in India..

Today is a very very sad news i heard on television.. blast was happen in Bangalore(India) before starting a cricket match between Mumbai Indians(MI) and Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB).. and in this blast 15 people are injured today.. and 1-2 people are seriously injured.. but i don't know well this was a bomb blast or another blast..this blast was happen at 3:15 PM by Indian time.. out of the stadium gate no. 11.. when this blast was happen then 35 thousands peoples was in the stadium.. and also was the chances of crush of crowd.. and if this was happening then mostly people can killed.. by crush.. but fortunately everything was fine and no one was killed and also no one was very very seriously injured.. but this is a question of security.. and if any big happening was happen.. then who would be responsible for this.. situations.. please share your response.. in that discussions..
