is it just me or everything is just because it's raining outside

Well, for almost a week now, it is raining and raining. I don't want to go outside neither want to talk and am not interested in communication (speaking). As I get along very well with my husband, we have a very good communication and our relationship is great, he understands me when I don't want to talk and just occupies himself with something like watching a soccer or doing some homework. I'm just starting to ask myself am I getting depressed from this horrible weather outside, and is this going to hurt mine relationship with other people in the long run?

Hi linoxy. Even if it is raining, this should not a reason that your relationship must be affected. You can try sharing or expressing what you feel toward your husband rather than keeping quiet or getting moody. I'm sure your husband wold understand. Good day!

Hi mavie, we all have ups and downs and there is no such thing for a human always no matter the circumstances to be joyful. Every feeling of mine I share with my husband, and he knows my feelings as we don't have any secrets or taboos.

I think it's not raining in your area now, because you can get to communicate with us.just kidding!Oh, im really sorry to say this, but this is the first time that I've encountered a person who doesn't want to talk to anyone when it is raining.May I just ask,how do you feel when it is raining? Is there any pain that you can feel.It is good to hear that your husband understands you,but you should always remember that not all the time he will understands you.he might get tired.I hope it will always be a sunny day on your place.

I usually have headaches and my back hurts a lot, and few years ago had head injury. Everything is in order with my health as I checked everything, but also my doctors told me that I will have this kind of pains many years. This is why my hubby understands me

hi linoxy oh raining so long like that can indeed trigger depression. but to me its an excellent time to browse on the computer or to mylot a lot. I would really try to communicate a little with others as shutting yourself off and yielding to depression just makes you feel worse. If nothing else explain to your husband just why you get the blues when it rains.

It might hurt your relationship if you don't find out why you don't wanna talk to anyone when it's raining. I think you should find an explanation for that and explain to your husband or else he might misunderstand you.

He knows why I'm acting this way when the weather is bad. I have some health issues as well so I really have a problem with weather changes.
