neobux referal problem

I am a neobux member since one month.i have clicked my ads every day + ive clicked a few mini epousure adds too. so after one month of clicking i have like 1.5$ in my account.now i bought my first 3 referals, but here comes the problem; i have them since 3 days and they havent clicked any single add.i mean i thought i cant receive dead referals. anybody has similar issues?
