Good old homecooked food always perks up my day, just something simple. I'm sure everyone has there own way to cheer themselves up , I guess with most people it's just simple small things that can change their day.
So how do you react to feeling blue. ?
Have a stress free day.

For me it's some sort of creativity, doing something useful, but sometimes this just takes the edge off it, makes it managable.

Hi HADDOWZ,
I just call up people who are close to me. They always cheer me up. Not to mention, my husband never lets me get upset. I am so thankful to him.
Thanks.

Honestly speaking? Nothing beats making slow sweet love to my wife as the most natural and spirit lifting remedy whenever I have the blues. It all starts with a rub on the back and the rest is history.
