finding work

Hi guys its been sometime since ive been on here, but things have been ruff for me lately. i have been trying to find work, i lost my job do to cut backs, now i work with temps and work only one to two days a week. i lost my phone, cable, and internet services,cause i can't make enough to keep up with them, right now i am having a hard time keeping up with my rent, so i need help. i am telling you this cause i like to know if anyone out there know of any one or any place i could go to for help in finding any kind of job, with out me haveing to have alot of degrees or speak spanish or because of my age. i have been filling out apps and making calls, if you know of anything, like paid training programs, or what ever i would be most grateful. i have to use the computer here at the library so i will check back when i get the chance, so thank you guys i look forward to hear what you have to say.
