Do you sleep with the light on or light off?

I like to sleep with the light off. I can't sleep if the light is on. Darkness gives me the feeling of peace and relax that i will fell asleep quickly.

I like to sleep with din light on cauz it gives me a great feeling and i'm little bit afraid of the dark it makes me feel that i'm in hell

islep with all lights off. I cannot sleep even if there is a night light burning.To me also darkness gives peace and relaxation

I sleep with the lights off. Unless I am riding in a car or just completely exhausted and come in and pass out on the couch, I cannot have any light on when I sleep.

depends what kind of choices you prefer....not sleepin' here i think I refer to:))...oh yes turning the lights off can confer you in various encountered situations that I don't make a list from it a feeling of peace and relax...cool question with multiple choices..best wishes
