I do believe that knowledge comes first before the goodpay..Once we are knowledgeable we can expect more of what we are expecting. I am just hoping that the management will see those who should receive more and those who should receive less based on the knowledge, skills and attitude of each and everyone has. For the past weeks I had a troubled experienced in my mind related to work relationship between myself and my boss. I considered it as a big, big blow to my career as an Admin Assistant... In the meantime, I continue working, pretending to enjoy my work and surviving in a merry go round ride of work life here in the Kingdom and entrusting to God everything wherever He will bring me in this journey....

kumar, relationship is in everything we do. when we go out to work, there is the boss subordinate relationship. there is the employer employee relationship. colleagues relationship is among colleagues. then there is the peer group relationship. in the home there is family relationship. amongst brothers and sisters there are siblings relationship. etc. how we view ourselves in essence is a relationship. the ability to get along with others is one of the factors in working life. of course knowledge is important. work experience counts too. then there is the understanding of the job functions and the wisdom in the jobs. all these are the 'ingredients' that add up to good pay what we called salary. the other factor is we must enjoy what we are doing as day in and day out we are at the job. get to do the job you enjoy , then you are sort like working for GOD. be the best and do the best to your ability and God will promote you in His time. have a great weekend.

Yup...knowledge is important to receive high pay. But that's not the only factor. Knowledge, attitude and hard work comes together to attain our goal to have a good pay.

hi kumar,
I definitely agree with you. We are paid because of what we can share to the company. If person knows nothing at all about the job he is applying it, so what is the use of hiring him, right? That is why we must study hard to achieve good education and have a bright future ahead of us. And even in online earnings, if we do not know anything, we also cannot earn. Just for example, here in mylot, if you are not knowledgeable or well equipped with English language, then how can you post or make a good response? Here in mylot, we are paid on the way we said words. If it informative and descriptive of course we are being paid in great amount. But if its just nonsense, then perhaps we cannot get anything or maybe we can get few cents only.
I salute you for giving your trust in God. I believe He won't give any burden to us that we cannot solve. Just continue with your faith and He will do the best for you.

nice start. you know, me and boss argument would really make me insane perhaphs but i know it is just normal "to have some arguments at times, to stand and rise above our reasoning which we knew it is right". i know that catching my boss attention in a nice and natural way, it will be remembered by him...
yes, God wants me to live in a Christian way and I hope that some of us could be a living example of how Jesus Christ did his simple way of living.

gooooood idea..
this fact is very important to all, so if you not earn good knowledge you will be in problems at all. so the learning is always good way to gain good income.
if we look to the work life the experienced gained more that the beginners.
i think that if you want to be strong in your life and prevent falls you must learn about what you do.
in Islam a fact that said ( the knowledge must be first ).

marhaba..
yes as i have said knowledge must come first followed by the consequent added pay.. it is just that sometimes we cannot blame the management for appointing someone without the right capacities....

knowledge makes one a knowledgable person. with knowledge one performs better in his/her field of expertise. but knowledge should be continuously upgraded if one is to be a skilled craftsperson. practical experience forms part of knowledge. and the length of time one does on his/her work does have an impact on the amount of experience and knowledge one gained. absolutely. i believe knowledge comes first.
