I need suggestions of viants (beef and pork) for a wedding

I'd suggest something that wouldn't need to be cut while serving. Something that's in bite size. But if you're thinking of plating them well. Actually there are a lot of options. It would be best that they go for food tasting. That's better than choosing at random. At least they know if the cook or the chef could prepare it well.
