Suicide is so final

I have a friend who lost his best mate to suicide just before Easter. It pains me to hear of another sad loss of a young man. Too many are unable to cope with life's trials and tribulations and they see no way out of their depression. Their loved ones are left with feelings of helplessness and emptiness, wondering how they missed the signs. It's such an awful scenario.

cant remember how many times i underwent into so much depression because of so many failures life had given me. good thing my faith is stronger than all those trials and i always said to myself..."He is my strength"

yeah its sad. depression is one of the biggest killers out there. and so many dont see or wont to admit there is signs out there of people who is depress.
i know i suffer from being manic depression, the thought have crossed my mind once or twice, tried it once when i was younger. glad it didnt work.
people often think people will tell you if they are going to do this, but the percentage of people wont. people need to look for the signs and do something about it.
we had a friend who's 12 yr old son just did it, so sad
