I love pancakes, and I usually cook pancake, but the best pancake that I had tasted was the pancake that my grandmother cooked for us when we were kids. My grandmother knew that we all love pancakes. She would peel the over ripe bananas, break the eggs and mixed them all with flour. Then she would cook thick and wide pancakes for us her grandchildren. That was forty years ago but the taste of the pancake is still at the tip of my tongue. My grandmother's pancake is the best pancake I ever tasted in my life.
