I would think he would be pleased when people gather in his name and probably does keep a special eye in the places of worship. But I also believe that he is everywhere and when someone prays no matter where they are I think that he is listening. I think he is there to hear us when ever we want to be heard.

I believe that God is everywhere, that is why God is called OMNIPOTENT God. Meaning He is present everywhere we are. Read these passages in the Bible - Psalm 139:7-10; Proverbs 15:3; Jeremiah 23:23,24. We don't have to wait to get to church before we could ask God for help, all we have to do is pray whenever we feel like praying.

well its true, but as said there is sacredness more in a chruch then in a house where you may find different people having different thoughts negative also!which blocks the positive energy as my priest says!what do you say?

God is all pervading. There is no limited place to him.
We humans design everything according to our benefits and facilities.
Yes, temples, churches and other sanctified places are created in a plan thatdevotees visit, gather and pray in groups - where group prayers are more effective than individual prayers.
But individual prayers in the house also is advisable.
