I Didn't Receive My Lockerz Spring Fling Redemption Email?

I know it's been a few days since the Lockerz Spring Fling Redemption but I've tried contacting Lockerz about this two or three times and I haven't received a reply. I didn't receive and email about the Spring Fling redemption on Wednesday even though I got 200 ptz between the 3rd of April and the 13th. Did this happen to anyone else or was it just me? And do you know why it may have happened?

It might have been caught in a spam folder. Some messages don't make it through to you at all, depending on your junk mail settings.
Either way, you could have logged in when the redemption started, whether you got your email or not. The email didn't matter, it was just to tell you you got the 200 points.
