does sleeping makes you big?

I DON'T EAT MUCH, but i sleep much.is this the reason why im big?i mean heavy?

sleep much does not show anything related to getting fatter or not but if you after eating and you go to sleep right away so it is not good for the health and it makes you bigger ,i am not sleep much but i have a habit after eating i go to bed so it makes me really big :)

maybe that's the reason but honestly..i don't eat before i sleep or i don't eat and sleep immediately...i simply have slow metabolism!

hi,
well... hard to say. My husband used to sleep more than he eats but he is skinny... even now. It is depend what kind of food are you eating and depend how much you eat before you go to sleep. some food is bad for you to eat ... and sometimes u just eat and go straight to bed then it could be that too. I dont eat much and I sleep more too but I am ok :)

i don't think that this is the real reason i think you are heavy due to the type of food you usually eat!!surely if you sleep much you have not much occasions to have some physical activity so may be for that your muscles can be a little bit soft!!
