what you like to do when you can not sleep?

Is often happen to me when i think too much or a lot thing in my head that make me stay a wake some time i don`t know what to do and stay with feel bored want to watch TV not interest on it,want to take long hot bath but lazy to go and end up still on bed without doing anything if the rest something that make me back to sleep i ll really happy too bad some time is hard to sleep so if you can not sleep what you like to do my friend?and if you know how to make you fall a sleep again just let me know i really need to know thank you:)

It really depends on the evening. A lot of the time I will watch movies. I will also get on mylot, or search the internet for recipes or books. Sometimes I will read. Most of the time I try to go to sleep.

Like amybrezik, I also watch movies. But I do it lying down instead of sitting down. It makes my eyes drope faster, bringing me quickly to sleep. At times I read non-fiction books. If a read a very good fiction book, I may not be able to sleep in the end.

I generally tend to read a good book when I can't sleep. It helps me to relax and usually manage to settle down to sleep again after a little while

take a shower then drink hot milk cos it will relax you, then later you'll fall asleep my friend.. I sometimes experience difficulty in sleeping, so I would just watch korean drama/movie online..But, If I really have to go to bed early so I take bath and drink hot milk. hope it'll help.

usually if i cant sleep wich is rarely because i dont sleep a lot i just go and play a online game i usually figure out my eyes are to heavy for it and eighter i fall asleep behind pc and wake up after 1 hour with pc still on or i log of and go back to bed :D

When i don't get sleep i call my sir and just ask him a maths question doubt and when he starts explaining briefly i will get my sleep automatically. Thats how maths help me on my sleep. Thats how maths help me on my life. Thank you Happy mylotting

When I can't sleep i'll search on the net.According to an article that i've read don't think too much when you are about to go to bed, drink warm milk it can help too.

Mostly if i am disturbed i dont feel sleeping so soon. These time i would love to hear melodious songs of my interest or i would start to surf some social networking website. Cheers

I have been going through a sleeping disorder for almost 6 years. It's really hard to have insomnia because as much as i wanted to sleep early, i can't. :( maybe the reason is, there are many things going through my head... i have been worrying about my illness, my family, future, partner and other things. you know, i wanted to have a normal life, achieve my dreams not only for myself but also for the people i truly love. however, how could i do that if my illness is stopping me from doing anything? :'(

When I can't fall asleep. I like to sip some tea. I try reading a book. Or taking a Bath. Or I turn on the radio to some smooth jazz or something classical.

Well, this is purely dependent on the time that I cannot sleep. There are some times where I get woken up in the middle of the night or early in the morning. Then as it turns out, despite my best efforts, I cannot sleep. I try, believe me I try, but no matter what I do, no matter what I try, I am unable to go to sleep. So I am likely to turn on the computer and get some work done. Might as well do something productive if it is in the morning. However, there are times where it is hard to get to sleep right out of the starting gate. The minute I intend to sleep in the night, when I hit the pillow, I am tossing and turning and trying to get comfortable for an insane amount of time. During this time, I really try and get to sleep, because it is not like I have slept for several hours before getting up. If I try and do anything, I am just delaying when I go to sleep. So if its before I even get any sleep, I just force myself to go to sleep.

Hi, anitarei. When I had some matters on my mind, I couldn't sleep. Sleepless nights are terrible experience, tossing and turning in bed, even if you felt tired. Sometimes, reading helps me sleep. It depends on individuals. You can find some useful methods online to improve your sleep, but I suggest the natural ways. Keep well!

well when i feel that i can't sleep i just open my laptop and read something on net and then after 30 minutes i can feel now that im sleepy

try reading, it usually works for me. but sometimes when the book i'm reading is really exciting, i end up reading until the wee hours of the morning. if i read school books tho i fall fast asleep after the first few sentences :)

hi anitarei321, Wanted to fall asleep? reading interesting stories before bed is one way helping you to sleep. your eyes would get tired by doing into it. Interesting stories would help you kill the time and finding yourself in bed.the best time to indulge your self into it is between 11pm to 3 am that helps your body re generate your cells and other internal organs functions well. Sleeping is one secrete staying to be a beautiful woman..

When i cannot sleep, i just text my boyfriend and he will call me and we will talk for the rest of the evening until I fall asleep. But when he is too tired from his study I just do some household chores like cleaning my room and washing my clothes. i suffered from terrible insomnia before and i couldnt sleep for the whole day.

As far as I am concerned, when I can not sleep at the time to go to sleep, I think I have a lot of things to do to help me fall asleep soon. I think the first thing that I want to choose is listen to the light which can influence you a lot in helping you fall asleep. When you listen to music, you may lose yorself into the songs and may forget all the things around you. Soon with out awareness in your mind, soon will you get into a deep sleep.

every time when i can't sleep i'll go to my computer and play some games and i really really enjoyed it. and sometimes if i feel bored i'll chat some of friend. and if i feel better to slip. i'll go to my bed and then i sleep well.

If I do a lot of sport afternoon, I'll fall asleep very soon in the night. Currently, I am mad on swimming. I swim 1km per day at 6:00, about 10:00 at night, I begin to feel sleepy very much. Maybe you can have a try. I hope it's helpful.
