If a child's wants then you still uh-NO!
I mean there may be circumstances like modeling --but there is Nair, shower wash off hair removal that are not as evasive or painful as this. You can read below.

hi newtalent well I must say thats the most stupid ridiculous thing that I have heard modern parents do. I have big problems with this as to begin with where is the hair on a 7 year old girls legs? I know I do not remember seeing much hair on my legs when I was seven. lots of scratches and bruises
as I was an active tomboy but no hair and my mom sure did not even think of any need to remove what little hair might have been there. what the heck, have moms lost their minds, lets keep our children children and let them play and be kids. do not force them to grow up so fast. let them be their age. People seem to be losing their mionds over the things they are trying out on practically babies,let children grow up as they will. they grow up fast enough as it is without intefering with mother nature.
