hey friends...
well, after i had my final exams; i started feeling sooooo hungry in the morning that i don't feel satisfied at all!
like today; i had my morning coffee..then i worked for two to three hours patiently waiting for mum to get me something to eat as i don't usually cook myself :)
So, i had a sandwich thinking it is enough to get me full till lunch time, however, it didn't satisfy my appetite for even seconds after eating the required sandwich!! i went straight away to the kitchen to have another sandwich!!
the problem is i don't have fats in my body..i'm fine..but u know i just want to be thin with a flat tummy..but, i dont think i can make the dream come true if i keep on eating over & over without putting a limit!!!
i don't know what is wrong with me?? i don't want to eat heavy stuff as i'm trying to follow a particular diet regimen. but, i just feel wanna eat without paying a single care to my diet!
what should i do? i wasn't like this during the semester where i don't even think about food during the studying time as long as i have coffee...but now, i just feel more likely to eat than before!
could you tell me what is going on with me? how to stop myself from stepping into the kitchen to eat! i'm really worried :(

Hey smiley! I don't really think that you need to worry! You are
young, strong and healthy and that is all normal stuff so your
appetite is good! There is nothing wrong with wanting to eat!
Stop worrying so much about your weight! That is one of the things
that is wrong with society these days! When you are young you
burn up calories alot quicker so it is ok to satisfy your hunger!
It you think that maybe something else is going on then go to
see a doctor, but personally I think you are just plain hungry
and need to eat more because you are growing and active!

i'm really sorry for replying late as i was sick for the past few days & especially during the time where I had this tummy frustration...
well, you really right in every word you said dear!! i started eating a lot & i'm feeling much better! yeah, I do worry a lot about my weight & dream to have a tummy tuck and stuff like that.but i ended up starving & sick..

Well, your problem is that you don't cook your own food. You have to learn to cook only those dishes that you really like. Anything else. don't learn to cook it! Now your choice of delicious food only will weigh against the chore of actually cooking. This is a compromise which will ensure a balance in your food intake and thus your size. Psycho stuff but it really works!

Your not pregnant are you? Just kidding. Maybe you are just to stressed out. People tend to eat so much when they lack sleep. Try to have longer hours of sleep it will help you in your diet for sure.

I don't think there is necessarily anything "wrong" with you, at least I hope not because sometimes I feel the same way! Keep us posted if you find anything else out and try to eat healthy at least!

It may be triggered by stress, or maybe your body is really hungry. When I was in high school I became obsessed with my weight, diet, exercise, and calorie consumption. I was never happy. I kept track of every little thing I ate. I exercised at least 3 hours a day and played sports. I looked good. But I wasnt happy. I, like you wanted to be able to eat "normally" like my friends seemed to not worry about everything they ate. I avoided alot of foods- high calorie, fatty foods, candy, chocolate, basically everything except vegetables, some grilled chicken, and fuit. I would try to eat only 700 cals a day which is ridiculous. I did "well" for about 2 or 3 years, then it bagan to catch up. Every once in a while I would binge eat and I didnt know why. Then I would feel so bad about overeating Id exercise MORE that day to make up for the extra calories. One day I spent 10 hours on exercise machines. I began realizIng I could not keep this up and I didnt want to either. But i didnt want to get fat. I was anorexic, I had even stopped having periods because of malnutrition. I got to the breaking point and had to foce my self to eat when I was hungry and stop when I was full. Eventually I started eating foods that were "forbidden" before. I did gain a little weight, but Im still sinny and healthy now.

first of all; i'm really sorry for replying late..i was sick for the past few days plus i didn't log in regularly..but I'll be trying to reply on time...
thanks so much for the great info you shared here! I'm feeling much better these days!! but how could you manage to exercise for 10 solid hours in a day? that is pretty great I suppose but didn't you feel tired! or you were obsessed with the fatty idea that you didn't realize the amount of hours you exercised!!

This is what is wrong about maintaining a ZERO SIZE figures. I can see that you are from Malaysia - well, women in Singapore and Malaysia very were short and very thin!! Your stomach has been affected with hyperacidity!!! It develops a tendency to eat a lot more than it needs because you made it starve before for maintaining your figure! Also, the walls of your stomach have been badly damaged and if you continue, it may lead to Ulver and Gastroentritic ulcer. I advice you to eat your stomach full and eat some south Indian food as they can cure that disease.

That's what we call hyperacidity secondary to inadequate food intake.
Your angry stomach had been asking for more food that you did not provide enough. And if you did provide a bit of food, those are the kind of food that will not satisfy the hunger of your body for nourishment.
If you want to be thin, go for all-fruit diet morning and evening. You can make yourself so full with high-fiber fruits without facing problems of increased weight. In fact it will help melt down your body fats. You can eat full meal at noon if you want to. No problem.

haahhaah i like it when you said [your angry stomach had been asking for more food] *_*
well, i think my stomach is very upset & angry as you said especially during the last 2 weeks..as during the semester; i didn't eat proper meals at all..i just drink lots of coffee and eat one meal at night..i didn't have the appetite to eat at all as my mind was busy with assignments, tasks, projects that i have no mood to think about food as long as i have coffees most of the day...
but, yeah thanks so much for your showing up with ur thought..I like it...
