Best pizza to get on a budget?

Ive tried over 10 different pizza places...(domino's, papa johns, cici's, double dave's, pizza hut, pizza inn, etc.) as well as numerous pizza dine-in restaurants. What I want to know is what is the BEST pizza to get when you have 20 dollars in your wallet?

CiCi's is the best and cheapest pizza dine in pizza place. The buffet usually costs around $5.99 plus drink and tax of course. Ihope this helps.

Little Ceasers is the best if you have less then 20 bucks to spend, it's hot, pretty good and quick...you can even afford to get cheesy bread or breadsticks and a soda .....

I dont know if you have tried pizza from yellow cab. I like their pizza there and I also tried to many different kinds of pizzas from different restaurants but my favorite is pizza they have at yellow cab. I dont know if you have it in your place. The pizza is think crust and you'd get to pay $20 for an 18-inch pizza. mmmmm

if I want a ready made pizza I call Domino and I find their prices reasonable for my husband and I. Now, there are times when I make my own with what I have on hand.
