Profile at facebook - pros and cons / myLot

I would like to setup a business profile or community page at facebook, but I have never done this before. Can anyone tell me what are the pros and cons for setting this kind of profile? Should I set a private profile and then just create a page or? Any feedback appreciated. Thanks

Start with a business profile, and a page. Just to get the URLS, they are useful things, then what you want to do, is build your business profile, until you have about 200 friends or more, then start to introduce the page. With Appreciation.

linoxy does not facebook give you any feedback on how to make a community page or business profile? I would think they have so sort of guidelines and rules for various things you do on facebook. I do not belong to facebook myself so do not know how you go about those things on Facebook myself.

I thought this would be much easier cause usually myloters have experience in various fields. But anyway I will check directly with Facebook cause I did not receive any other answer ... only yours :( Thanks anyway
