I'm in my 20's, I have problem with my hands. They involuntarily shake especially at times when Im nervous or excited. i dont find it abnormal actually, because even in doing fine movements I have hard time doing my task, like placing eyeliner on my lashes. I think I have problems with my nerves. What do you think? Can you recommend me something to take or some vitamins?

yes i think you need to see a doctor. it may have something to do with your nervous system, although i think its not serious.but before it becomes serious go and ask your doctor. remember an ounce of prevention is always better than pound of cure. hoping that youll do just fine

hello mitchann, It is best if you consult your problem to a physician. It is not advisable to take medications such as vitamins without getting some opinion from the expert. I have a friend in high school who have some muscle tension on his face. It was a bit weird, part of his face (near his eyes and left cheek) was like beating so fast whenever he is tired or mad and that happened mostly in our CAT (it was part of P.E in our school). I think it has something to do with his facial nerves. I haven't seen him in years, I hope he is doing fine now. You better let someone see it my friend.
