Is Excaliburhitz.info ptc site scam or legit?

Hi friends, I want to know whether Excaliburhitz is scam or a legit. Because its paying 0.0025 per ad and it has about 26 ads daily. U can earn 0.06 in one day. and also they have paidtosignup offers alot.
