How long do you listen to music a day?

I listen to music almost all time. day time on my phone and sleep with music. I enjoy working with music...we call it Work and Happiness... But I had someone complain that working and at the sometime listening to music is destructive....do you believe that? I don't believe that actually..

it depends upon my mood .but usually i listen to music for up to 2 hrs .. at night, before i sleep, i put on my headset and listen to my favorite songs and it lulls me to sleep ( mellow songs ). in almost everything i do, i make sure that my phone is playing my favorite songs beside me ..

The moment I start mylotting in the morning, I open another tab for the e-radio portal so I can listen to FM music while responding to discussions. I work m=with my PC for about 8 hours a day so that's the length of my listening to music every day not to mention that I always sleep with headset on my ears at night.

i sometimes listen to it ,and it is just around half an hour cos i do not have much time ,but it is very useful when i am stress it can calm me down ,feeling better but it also makes me headache when i must think ,planning about my job .

at least 5 hour a day..... make me feel god while doing my job... :D

I have music playing most of the time in the house and in the car too. I love my goth and rock music, I can't imagine being in the house without the music turned up to eleven.

i can listen up to 5-8 hours a day but of course it isn't a non-stop music listening. :
