Something wrong YouTube

There was this bold word "UPGRADE" in mine last Friday. And no matter how much I tried it just wouldn't go away nor upgrade. Not sure why. I ended up not being able to view any.

most of the time is not youtube but your own ISP. usually doesnt know how to make QoS in the streaming video and thats why you get that msg. specially with those hd videos

NOpe, i have not encounter errors like that with youtube.. Most of the time, i'm able to wactch the videos i wanted, unless it's not available in my country.. hehe ^_^ BUt i do encounter the same problem as u, when i'm trying to access youtube with my iphone instead.. haha =D BUt the vidoes will work for me, when i retry it again on the 2nd attempt.. hehe

No iwrite I haven't yet. Yet I have been on sites that have had that problem and yes I believe it's from lack of bandwidth. They need to delete some of their old video's or buy a bigger package (hosting company) to handle their growing population.

I've been noticing that problem a lot lately too. It's not huge. Just come back to the video again in a few minutes. I think ever since they changed their lay-out they've been having some crazy problems. My subscription videos that I'd already watched wouldn't go away for the longest time.

I've not experienced any problems with youtube lately. However, on my husband's computer which is on the same network and even in the same room as my own he has been having problems. Sometimes he is not able to open up the videos and there are other times that he is able to open up the videos but they are extremely slow to load. I hope that they aren't running out of bandwidth, but if they are, then I hope that they will increase it in the near future.

Now that's an interesting thought. YouTube running out of bandwidth? But no, I haven't gotten an error message on YouTube.

I have not encountered that problem so far. But again I seldom watch youtube.

I haven't been getting this error thing on you tube so I don't know what's going on. I like to go there.

I dont really know how that kind of stuff works but I do get that error message sometimes. When that happens I just refresh the page and after a while the video that I was planning to watch would finally load. Maybe it is because of the bandwidth. They do have to upgrade their servers and keep up the maintenance of the site in response or in preparation for the ever growing number of videos that are being posted on their site. More and more people would want to have their 15 minutes of fame and Youtube could give them that. I do hope they come to a resolution to this problem soon.

Hmm maybe it's because your browser? because when seeing the sites, there is pop window which command us to updates the browser, or maybe it's right, because there is so many user watching the same video, or the user who upload it already deleting the video, i don't know for sure sorry

hai I took get this error message sometime but too rare. There may be any technical issue in the server where the video is hosted. Also you can try to delete cookies and try to play the video again. Cheers

I just viewed the link you provided in you other discussion and it looks OK and funny too.

Yeah I've experienced that as well. Maybe they're having maintenance but I think Youtube is okay now. I could search videos again.
