Advice me, should i verify my paypal account or not?

I am still disturbed by the fact that all my online earning activities are just not working concerning the problem i face with having this paypal account, i need it very much as i have not been able to cash in on any of the sites where i earn money and right now it's slowing me so much as sometimes i feel reluctant to come online to post here on mylot and other ptc and even my blog, because in the past any account i open with paypal ends up having limitation when my first payment arrives and in other sites i don't recieve any mail telling me that they have tried to pay me but couldn't not until i get a mail from paypal itself, this problem is the result of coming from a country that is blacklisted as being fraudulent and not also listed on paypal and i don't see that happening soon, i have gotten a way to open a paypal account but with another country and am wondering if this wouldn't cause a problem when i log in there with two different i.p's that i use which is US and POLAND designated, i know if i verify my paypal it increases my sending limit which i might need because i only plan to use my earning to shop or should i leave my paypal unverified and try and get a friend in the US and send my money to him before it gets to $500 through paypal and he cash out in his/her bank account and send me the balance through western union after he/she removes the bank transfers and western union charges. Mylotters, please share ideas and offer me a way out and a deligent graduate of psychology who has turned to online earning just to be there to help a grown mother and a sister still in school because of lack of JOBS.
