i was amazed with all the the candidate for the philippine election....
how they manage to produced money for their candidacy....
where they get their budget...
if you try to calculate all the expenses theyve been doing...
you will be amazed and really wonder how ....
do you think it is possible for them to do all those expenses.... and where they get the money....

Some of the money came from their political parties, some have friends who fund them, some have over-zealous supporters that fund stuff for them.
I am a supporter of the Gordon-Bayani tandem, and their strategy is that they utilize the web by making support groups. they invite supporters to motorcades etc. Some make their own banners and sell them to other supporters.
They let their supporters do the campaigning for them, which cuts cost for them and makes their supporters feel that what they are doing will truly impact the future of the Philippines.

Hello knicnax
then i suggest you campaign for him as well if you want him to win. it's the right thing to do that more people will wake up from the hallucination of popularity syndrome.
besides, Gordon doesn't want to spent his money because it will be like villar who spends too much time

Hi Iane! We are friends right? My dad is running for Mayor in Mindanao and I must say we really dont have enough budget for the campaign. I have seen my mom shell out some of her savings and from what I have heard, theres a rich clan that is supporting my Dad right now because they wanted my dad to win. :)

Some of them are really from a rich clan. Some worked hard for the money. Some have good investments. Some are just corrupt. We really don't know. What we know is they have the money. They will use it at will to win.

They don't really get all of the money from their own pockets. Except for those running independently, these candidates are backed up by their political parties. These parties generate funds from donations of the private sector, including super rich businessmen, who believe in the parties agenda. But even at that, I think the money that they spend for the campaign, could be spent instead on more important things.
