Use one of their recommended exchangers, because It is safe with them. If you use some other exchangers, you take risk. Most of exchangers listed in Liberty reserve's site make direct money transfer to your debit card for small fees at 4-5 dollars. Bank wires are more expensive at minimum of $30 per transfer. Just go and check them. Choice is yours.

I use e-forexgold.com for that. You need to fill out the Sell form on their website, then you will be redirected to Liberty Reserve website, you make a spend into their LR account, and then you're redirected back to their website where you give your bank account info. Usually takes 2-3 days for the money to hit my bank account. Their fee for that is 3%. I am also thinking of buying their debit card which can be funded with LR and then you can withdraw cash at ATM. If you're planning to withdraw regularly, maybe this is a good option to consider too.
