Hi everyone, this is a discussion I have just thought of as I have just been introduced to Holosync! I'm quite new to the world of meditation and I've always found it quite hard to just sit there and meditate! However, I have heard that there are many benefits that come with regular meditation. I came across a website called www.centerpointe.com and the author and owner of this Holosync concept is Bill Harris. Well, he has these meditation cds that use holosync audio technology and they are supposed to do you the world of good in terms of making you feel good and hopefully help you to make positive changes in your life. There's supposed to be twelve levels that you purchase and I have just purchased level one and I have been using the product for five days now and I'm already starting to notice that I feel good inside, so relaxed and care free! I want to know if anyone else practises meditation particularly meditation using holosync. Have you used this technology yourself? I meditate daily now for half hour in the evenings and I really look forward to my next sessions. I don't want to get all technical but it's supposed to be scientifically proven that by listening to holosync, this changes or creates neuro pathways in the brain enabling the two sides of the brain to communicate and become one. The experience over time is supposed to give you the benefits in less time of someone that has meditated for years. Anyway, I feel good and something positive is definitely taking place. I'm interested to know your thoughts on your experiences with meditation and particularly holosync whether your experiences have been positive or negative. Many thanks. Andrew

Hey Andrew! I've never heard of that one before. Sounds very interesting, though.
When you mentioned that you started feeling very good after the first CD I got the immediate impresion that maybe what you're feeling could be the placebo effect. Only time will tell and I hope that it's not anything fraudulent just made up to rip people off. I guess only time will tell. I'm glad you notice a difference and are feeling better, but, just be careful..........

Hey, nice to hear from you. Yes, I've heard that it's quite a popular product and I now use it on a daily basis. They have a lot of good reviews and I'm open minded about the whole idea but it's been pretty positive thus far! I always look forward to my next sessions now. I'm sure that my health will improve over time as a result of using this program. Andrew

This sounds good Andrew and if it works for you - nothing like it. That's what matter at the end of the day. I used to go to the nearby center where they took us through various stages of meditation. It was long time back and now I haven't gone there for long. But, it's a good idea to restart for certainly it had worked for me.

Hi mimpi, that's really good to hear! I'm new to the process and I'm pleased with what I have experienced thus far! I'm going to keep it up. I've found meditation practice quite boring in the past to put it bluntly but what I'm doing now, well this is very exciting! It's a shame that it's quite expensive but I like the fact that they allow you to pay via installments which makes it that much easier. Anyway, I'm now starting to have a healthy respect for the meditation process! Andrew
