Well guys..I'm just curious for this thing..many people nowadays tend to look at virginity as a not so important matter..but also there are people that look at it as their treasure and a gift that they only give for someone they will share the rest of their life..so what do you guys think?? :))

It is definitely more sacred to women, as men we can't wait to lose it.

I think it just depends on the person. To some, virginity is not very important at all. But to those who treasure it, virginity is the ultimate gift to give someone. It can be a huge level to gain in a relationship, and make you understand each other better than you ever thought possible. It just has to be given in the right context, and for the right reasons.

Virginity is the wonderful and the ultimate gift that a person can give to his/hers life partner. But out of curiosity, many will break their virginity, inspite of this fact, there are many who expect their partner to be loyal after the wedding, but as you know even after wedding many flirt.

your right some believe virginity is the greatest gift to give. In most-if not all-societies the woman is expected to be virgin or is desired. IT is an act of power that most do not think about. Knowing that your the first they had. It can be just as good the other way aropudn depending on who speak to. Phimosis is the only sure fir eway to tell if a man is a virgin and that is unhealthy and some peaple dont ever even have the oppurtunity. Women have their hymen, thus can't escape it. Also men tend to see that their organs can be cleaned and forget abut past conquests. In the mid of the individual a woman cannot clean their parts as easily and is there fore tainted. Make of it what you will the cultures are changing to accept and be tolerant or xenphobic of these thoughts.

I think not for all. A guy wants to get a virgin. A woman wants someone with experience.

Nowadays, men doesn't look for a virgin anymore. In the sense that they are not longing for NON VIRGIN women. Maybe guys accept the reality today, that women have different genre. Almost today were LIBERATED, especially in city places. Probably you could still get the virgin one, but lucky you if you got one! :)

I never thought of it as a big deal. I'm really picky when it comes to guys, though, so I didn't date at all through high school and most of college. It was a bigger deal to my boyfriend than it was to me. The sister's boyfriend also thinks of it as a big deal, so the common stereotype that even I had that guys didn't care as much is obviously not true. :P

Well, it depends on people and cultures. For me virginity is not a specially important matter, but I respect people who think that way, as it's something that is with you since you are born, and for many people that first moment of separating from it is special

Well among my group of friends I was one of the last to lose their virginity at almost eighteen years old. It seems where I come from there is a bit of a social stigma attached to being a virgin, but i wish it was the other way around. In the UK many (not all) youngsters seems to think that admitting to being a virgin is a bad thing. I just respect those who hold onto theirs waiting for the right time and person.

The worst thing about virginity is once you loose it you can never find it. Best thing is never lose it.

for me it is important... that's why i'm still a virgin (i mean no experience with somebody else)... i hope my future partner is virgin too. it's a sacred gift she can give to me (you know) but if God forbids then i'll accept it no matter what as with what is happening to the world right now.

For some people it matters a lot, its the best gift you can give to someone. But for liberated one it doesnt matter . Some believes in the saying "Virginity doesn't guarantee a happy marriage compatibility does".
