I guess it all boils down to one thing - trust, or rather mistrust. There are simply too many scammers out there trying to make a quick buck. Even sites that were once legitimate and paying became scams overnight. Payment proofs don't really matter anymore. Everything in the Internet is so transient, as far as money making sites are concerned.

Hi friend, I think the reason is a combination of two factors you mentioned plus a few more. There are so many scams so people are not ready to believe that the site being proposed is reliable. Besides many sites pay for one or two occasions and then go SCAM, so people apprihand weather the site will pay for longer time. Almost all people who are using internet are gainfully employed and well placed to efford PC and internet connection. for most of them what canbe earned online is very megre amount hence they may not find it worth their time. People normally do intermnet stuff after office hours/collage times, that reduces the time they spend with their family and loved ne, which they may not prefer. Besides getting trapped in a scam will shatter your self confidence which no one would like. So people avoid.

The reason is these millions of scammers on the Internet. The true is that most of opportunities on the Internet are scam and fraud. This is enough good for most people for losing their hope on Internet making money methods.

A quick answer to your question will be that people are afraid of what they do not know. Most people are afraid of things they do not know or understand. Some may shun off because of many "complicated" things to do. What they do not know and what they refuse to know is that these "complicated" things are not really that complicated. But they won't get it because they're afraid to step outside their comfort zone. I suggest you change to an indirect approach of marketing the business if you encounter these types of person. But to be safe, just use the indirect approach to all. Indirect meaning you will just inform them of the existence of the business in a casual way.

There are two tipes of people in money business. One the person who like to be a follower and a person who settler. The follower will be follow people who they think they can success by following them. The Settler will always reject any reference anybody refer. Why? because they will think if they become a referral of someone, it only can make the superior become developed, and the one who get advantage is the superior, not them. They become aware for the first time. I have experience this. It is very difficult to get referral, so that's why i don't like pyramid scheme business such as MLM. I prefer how to get money self-employedly. But there is another way to get referral, for example in neobux we can rent referral, and again we should monitor them. Because inactive member is not useful anymore and should be trashed. So try to buy quality referral in a quality website to advance your business.

I guess that there's a lot of people hard to trust over the net even our friends too. They are scared to give any information they have specially if it's talk about money or any legal information.

it could be possible that because of the wonders of technology and internet anything can happen and it's really hard to trust these days. some may even be scared that they will be ask to pay. what you can do is just explain thoroughly and let them understand how it really works.
