what problem of the computer

Today ,a colleague of mine asked me to help her.Her computer started ,but many services couldn't work.i can't watch the task,the registry and so on.
I was trying my best ,but i can't deal with it .so i had to restore the system.
Have you met the same problem?It is my first my time

Hi,
its virus problem, so scan your computer and let me know or else the services are blocked ,go to omputer management and see whether you can access he task or not,or you can go to regedit and make some changes over there.for further assistance get in touch with me.

Can't give your an answer without specific descriptions so I suggest you reinstall the OS or run recovery diagnose.
