cisco or 3com switch?

I should go with Cisco since it's the most popular one so you it's difficult to find some answers when you have some questions of the device. And also their are a lot schools trained to Cisco professionals. But if your budget is concern you should for 3com as they were cheaper than Cisco. Overall in terms of reliability Cisco is still preferred.
